Your post is slightly cryptic for non-military types--are you saying he's leaving the Guard?
If that's true, I feel sad too.
The Inner Prop has turned in his retirement. He will leave later next month.
The Sourcing Conference is basically where the National Guard picks which units will go where and when for their deployments. More to come...
